1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pgjl website located at pgjl.cam (the "Website") and associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you represent and warrant that:

Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any funds in such accounts will be forfeited. 2.3 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to hold only one account with pgjl. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited. pgjl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), QR Ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT cryptocurrency. All financial transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Deposit Limits

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by pgjl are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your pgjl account in the six months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Any remaining balance after 90 days may be subject to administrative fees. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

10.2 Involuntary Closure

pgjl reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for account closure may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, underage gambling, or any activity that we deem detrimental to our business or other users. Upon account closure, any funds obtained through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms will be forfeited.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱500 or 5% of the account balance, whichever is less, until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
